Areas of Support
Here's a sense of what we could work on together.
Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety has a way of making everything feel urgent and nothing feel manageable. Together we'll slow things down — exploring what's driving the worry, building tools to interrupt the cycle, and finding a steadier relationship with uncertainty.
- Generalized anxiety
- Social anxiety
- Panic and overwhelm
- Perfectionism and the inner critic
- Work and performance stress
Depression & Low Mood
When the colour drains out of things you used to enjoy, it can be hard to know where to start. It could be a chance to uncover what's underneath the flat feeling and rediscover purpose and joy.
- Persistent low mood
- Loss of motivation or pleasure
- Fatigue and withdrawal
- Negative self-talk
- Feelings of hopelessness
Grief & Loss
Grief isn't only about death — it can follow the end of a relationship, a job, a version of yourself you thought you'd be. There's no right way to grieve, and no timeline. I'll meet you where you are.
- Bereavement and loss
- Relationship endings
- Identity and life transitions
- Disenfranchised grief
- Anticipatory grief
Changes- Big or Small
Change — even welcome change — can leave you feeling untethered. You might be navigating a new chapter or grieving an old one.
- Career changes and burnout
- Relationship shifts
- Moving or relocating
- Retirement and identity
Identity & Self-Worth
Questions about who you are, what you want, and whether you're enough can be exhausting to carry alone. This is a space to explore those questions honestly — without pressure to arrive at any particular answer.
- Self-esteem and confidence
- People-pleasing and boundaries
- Cultural and family identity
- Values and meaning-making
Youth & Young Adults
Growing up is harder than it looks from the outside. I work with teens and young adults navigating school pressure, friendships, family dynamics, and the particular weight of figuring out who you are.
- Ages 13 and up
- School stress and academic pressure
- Social difficulties and isolation
- Family conflict
- Self-harm and emotional regulation
