Jennifer is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor who provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples with a focus on supporting folks dealing with experiences of trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety.
Jennifer is experienced in working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and welcomes those who are navigating their identity. Jennifer has also completed level 2 training in Gottman-Method Couples Therapy allowing her to better support couples through their relationship transitions.
Jennifer's office is centrally located in London, Ontario with convenient street parking available.

Before booking your first appointment, you may wish to utilize a 15-minute phone consultation with Jennifer, but this is not an expectation or requirement.

What is the cost of each individual session and do you offer sliding scale rates?
Jennifer charges $130 per session for individuals, with the exception of clients who have been approved for sliding scale rates.
Jennifer offers reduced rates to clients based on financial need. Clients who would like to apply for a sliding scale rate should contact Jennifer for more information.
Please note that there are limited sliding scale time-slots available and at this time, all have been filled. Please inquire about a waitlist for sliding scale rates.
How long is each therapy session?
Individual sessions with Jennifer are approximately 50 minutes in duration. Longer sessions are available on a case by case basis, if requested.
Couples sessions vary. An initial session will be 80-minutes in duration followed by 50-minute sessions thereafter.
Does Jennifer accept insurance?
Jennifer does not directly process insurance payments. You should contact your insurance provider to ensure psychotherapy services by Jennifer will be covered by your unique insurance plan.
If your insurance company approves Jennifer as a covered service provider, you will need to pay Jennifer directly by e-mail money transfer, cash, or cheque, and submit your provided receipt to your insurance company.
What does couples counselling look like and what is the cost of each session?
Jennifer utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles and Gottman-Method Couples Therapy in her approach to couples work.
Assessment is an important part of this work to ensure we are focusing in on the right areas.
Initial session: an 80-minute introductory session which includes assessments, an overview of therapy, and getting to know you as a couple ($175)
2nd Session + onward: 50-minute sessions to work on your goals for therapy ($150)
